Nice, but Kitty inexplicably doesn't like - Med School Cutie - Louisiana, USA
I purchased these because they were a fantastic value. Heretofore, I had been spending about per week on play mice, but my kitty doesn't like these nearly as much as she likes her old ones. She'll play with them, but she prefers her old ones, which she finds every now and then. It's nice to have so many, nonetheless, and if I shake them around in bag of catnip first she likes them fine. My roommate's cat doesn't like them very much either, but the puppy surely does love to eat them!

this is a very sturdy construction. The ladder connections to the enclosures don't work and just become loose, but it does not affect the rest of the structure. My cats just skip the stairs and jump from level to level. They sleep on the top shelves every night. One of my cats always play with the hanging white mouse before she goes to bed. They don't use the enclosures as much except for hiding. Great value and my cats won't live without them.

This is not the best quality and I'm sure the company (go pet club) is well aware of that fact.
My cat tree is missing one of the mice on the string and I second what another reviewer said: the stairs do not work. Whoever designed the stairs messed up on that part because there was no way they could be put on. If you screw them in, they hang straight down. Also, the top condo needed a longer screw, so I went out and bought one to solve that problem. It just sucks because I have these cat tree stairs hanging out in my closet now with no use for them (any suggestions?). I emailed the company about the problems and they sent me 2 really crappy screws that had been sloppily cut to another size as well as an extra condo piece (which I didn't need but was happy to get), but they didn't do anything about my missing mouse and those BS screws did not fix the stair issue. They wanted pictures showing the problems as if they don't know about it already. & FYI I put blankets inside of the condos because the cover material, while soft, is thin.
That being said, I am happy to have received this as a gift, even with the issues. My cats love it and use it daily to scratch, sleep in, or climb on. I would probably have been more angry though if I'd been the one who bought it.
Zero stars for the company, and 3 stars because my cats enjoy it anyway (and aren't on my couch as much!). But cats enjoy playing with crumpled paper...

Not for timid cats - but fun for outgoing ones - Mare Astra - United States
I bought one of these a year or so ago for my two cats. At first, neither was interested, especially since the coil has a tendency to fall flat and the tunnel becomes a disk. This can be a problem if you have a timid cat and the tunnel collapses on kitty when investigating. But with two more fearless felines, this became great sport, as one would "hide" in the partially collapsed tunnel, while the other tries to capture the wriggling, crinkling, alien creature. Scratching against this material produces a sound my cats find hard to resist.
Despite the flimsy coil, the fabric is pretty darn tough. My two long clawed cats have had all out tusslings on both sides of the tunnel, and it has yet to rip, tear, or puncture.
The manufacturer states that the tunnel is machine washable. You'll find if you have a long-haired cat prone to shedding that the coil will collect hair rapidly, and a machine wash will not get all the hair out. Hand-cleaning helps some. It held up to the washing on the normal cycle though, and the colors didn't bleed into one another (or other items!) on cold.

While shopping for kid toys - this popped up. I don't know why but I was happy to see it did or I wouldn't have ever thought of it. It works WONDERS. We just got new furniture and I had the worst nightmare of the cats ruining it. But this has stopped them before they started. They love it. I notice some say the ball comes out but after a month of hard play at our house, the ball has NOT come off track yet, which is great. The center circle is evidently the BEST place to scratch nails. And then they sit by the side and stick that one paw in to make the ball go around and around. Our four cats range in age from one to six. They love it. Plus it is entertainment for us! The cats are sooo funny to watch!

Great purchase! - Rebecca -
This scratcher has been a hit with my kitten. It held her attention as soon as we got it (at ~7 weeks) and has continued to be her go-to toy and napping spot. She doesn't needs to sharpen her claws much yet, but she goes through the motions. I haven't even tried the cat nip yet since she likes it so much without it.
